Things to do near Wake Forest

Hey,
I'm going to be interviewing at Wake Forest soon and I am wondering if anyone from around the area knows anything fun to do over the weekend while I'm there. I'm actually going to be flying in and out of Baltimore, so anything between Winston-Salem and Baltimore would be cool.

Stop by UNC or Duke and catch a good basketball game

Wake has a really good basketball team too.

Ylime, where are you flying in from? If you've never been to DC, I would suggest spending your extra time there checking out the capitol building, monuments, museums etc (as long as your trip doesn't coincide with the inauguration, that could feasibly be a mess).

On another note, does anyone know when Wake's next ad com meeting is?

I'm coming from Dallas, TX. I've never been to D.C. but my boyfriend (who I'll be traveling with) has so I'm not sure if he'd want to spend too much time there. I'm sure I could convince him to go at least for a day. Thanks for the suggestion.

First of all, Wake has an amazing basketball team. Much better than Duke this year, and we'll see if we are better than UNC on Saturday

Second, I interviewed at Wake on Tues, 11th and they told us the next adcom meeting is Jan. 19th. They will probably accept 10-15 people from the past 3-4 weeks of interviewing and waitlist the rest. I assume they will also send out more interview invites.
