Hi y'all! I have a question. I submitted my secondary yesterday evening. I checked it 3 times before submission. I looked back at it again and I found a mistake in it. I referenced the wrong clinic name in one of the prompts. Do y'all think this is something that I could disqualify my entire application or is this something insignificant? I only refenced it once throughout the secondary so its not reoccurring, but I just don't want admissions to get confused with my primary & secondary because of this one error.

I doubt they will notice.
This message itself had several typos in it though, so do a better job with proofreading your future secondaries.

Sorry when people say this does that mean they are following? or they got decision
+1 OOS means that person also received a secondary, and is out-of-state for the school

You’re fine. I’m sure I have several accidental inconsistencies throughout all my secondaries and my primary. If a school reads every application and cross references every minor error, they wouldn’t be able to get through half of their apps in a cycle.

Quick question: it says at the top of the "required questions" to not reveal grades or MCAT in any of the secondary questions, but then in the optional questions, it asks to explain any "C's" in any classes...Should I explain or not? It seems a bit contradicting.

I might be miss remembering since I finished this secondary weeks ago, but isn’t that question on a different page?

do they send app complete emails or just secondary confirmation emails?

Has anyone received a secondary that submitted their primary after 7/15?

I did, but you can very much show your goals as a human being too -- I think it would be a nice touch.

was it immediately after? I submitted my secondary and i know they have my casper but no complete email yet.
They sent me an app complete email two weeks after I did my Casper exam; submitted on July 11th and completed for review on 8/2

does research count as an "academic" challenge?

Does anyone know when ED interviews trickle out?

Should I report my IA to this school even though it was expunged? I feel very lost looking at these questions when it is not made explicit that they want expunged IAs reported (like UCSF and Einstein do). Please help, thank you

I wouldn't. That's what getting expunged is for. Don't report it. If, however, there is some wording that says something like "report any IA even if it was expunged" then yeah report it. But I don't know what Wake does.

This is the wording: Have you ever been convicted of, or are there any current actions pending, in which you have been charged with a felony or misdemeanor or a violation of your school's honor code or received an institutional action from your school?
What do you think?

Schools like UCSF and Einstein explicitly mention reporting expunged IAs which made it easier to decide.

Ehrm yeah, with that wording, I'd report it. Mainly cause it says "have you ever" -- I've seen some schools that say at the end "if this has ever been expunged you do not need to report it." So just report it, acknowledge whatever it is and be honest. Schools appreciate growth and honesty.
