Hi,

I applied to a LOT of schools (I know that might not be a good thing...) but many of them are out of my reach. I applied before I got my MCAT score (a 29R; 10BS, 10PS, 9V) which I think might put me out of the running for most of the schools I applied to. Do you think I still have a shot at the University of Miami?

3.94 overall GPA (psych major at UF) graduated Summa (wrote a thesis)
3.93 science GPA
Out of school for one year (full time paid research assistant for USF) published one article so far (at least 11 more publications expected by the end of the year but unless I get an interview they'll never know that)
Average amount of volunteering
One summer of shadowing.
Was a TA for intro to chem and Ochem

Are there any schools you recommend I apply to with these scores? Also, you should know, I dropped physics 1 the first time, but got A's in all my physics classes following that (I know that this could potentially hurt my chances)

I think you're fairly competitive. Your GPA is obviously great, and your MCAT is good enough that you'll likely get in somewhere.
