I was pre-pharmacy for a year and a half and my school has a special "pre-pharmacy" track with it's own versions of science classes. Instead of the usual "Chem" or "Bisc" prefix the course is a "Phcl" and they rename the classes things like "Biochemical Foundations of Therapeutics" instead of just Biochemistry.

I took Biochem, Immunology, and a "Special Topics in Pharmacognosy" class with the pharmacy department before I switched to pre-dental. Do you guys think these classes be counted in my science GPA?

If it's a science course, it will be counted towards your Science GPA.

Biochem - yes
Immunology - yes
Pharm - I would guess it would if it was through the pharmacy school, so yes.
