Anyway, that's not entirely true. There are definitely different ideas of justice and fairness within each camp. For example, conservatives believe in a meritocratic system for opportunities in education. This has historically allowed even maligned groups (such as Jews) to achieve at a high level in academia. Meanwhile, liberals believe that people of different races should be given preferential treatment in granting opportunities in education. So, at least in that realm, there is a definitely split.
