Well, "free" but Dr Simard provides it as a service, and asks for the shareware fee (which I think is $15).

I added this to the FAQ a couple weeks ago, in the "books" section.

Yeah, I should've clarified that it was shareware (and I hadn't been through the FAQ in awhile). Sorry for the repost.
