I always have to review this anatomy. I remember a few years back someone (maybe @Mister Mxyzptlk ) posted a good review paper or summary of it. I did a forum search and can't find it.

Does anyone remember what I'm talking about?? Mind reposting or PM'ing me...

My least favorite procedure. I recently got a work comp pt who had T9-12 MBB bilaterally in New Jersey, then moved and I did the RFA. He's done really well but I still don't really understand that pathology.
