...just how much OMT are you dealing with in your 3 years of training?

We have to go to 2 OMM lectures a year (approx 1.5 hrs each) and we have to document OMM on *some* patients. I don't know of any defined number of patients from the ABOEM, but there are certainly enough low back pain patients around to get some basic OMM in in a legit manner. There is no OMM on the inservice exam.
So, basically 3 hrs of lecture a year plus your own personal low back pain OMM routine done occasionally. Doesn't add up to much.
