Those who took the DAT

To your high school algebra 1, 2, geometry, and trig classes. It's nowhere near as hard like the SAT math. I think why some people find QR hard is because we have to remember that information from long ago.

True and also due to time. If you use time as a factor, we all will be pressured and just do awful. In reality all of the math (even the word problems and shape problems) is basic high school stuff when you look at it. You just gotta put yourself in the environment of taking it under pressure with time and at the end of the day when you have gone through 5 hours of an exam. Try to mock that situation and you will be good. Definitely use Math Destroyer and Bootcamp for the QRs

If you don't know the problem skip it mark it move on to the next one! If i only would have taken my own advice =(

The difficulty presented in the 2007 and 2009 exam is similar to the actual DAT

Are y'all saying that the QR section has not been changed? Like y'all didn't see any Stats on it?
My friends and I are planning to take it Jan 2015 but apparently we thought it had changed due to this ADA rep's email:

In regards to the QR changes the following is the most up to date information:

In order to enhance testing of critical thinking skills, the Quantitative Reasoning Test (QRT) specifications have been revised to eliminate the sections for numerical calculations, conversions, geometry, and trigonometry. Items will be added in the following areas: data analysis, interpretation, and sufficiency; quantitative comparison; and probability and statistics. These changes will be implemented no sooner than 2015. As more information becomes available, it will be posted on the DAT website at http://www.ada.org/dat.aspx.

Based on this recent update the QR changes could be implemented and scored in 2015. In regards to the statement, “The QRT section revisions do not necessitate a change in preparation, as the section covers the same content, just with a little more emphasis." This simply means that yourself and your classmates should not need to take different courses or change the method of preparation for the updated QR section.
