Thoughts about UNC General Surgery program?

What are some thoughts about UNCs general surgery program? How competitive is it to get into; how good is it compared to their neighbors across the way (Duke) and other schools; how competitive will I be after I graduate from the residency for fellowship positions in fields that are hard to get fellowships in? Any other thoughts you might have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any help you can offer.
