It seems he is the chairman of Pathology at Kansas city University.

I haven't looked at the Path info very closely, but the Taser video is a chuckle. And the D&D character generator? Extensive. (and a little scary)

I wonder if his whole department is required to have Role-playing Fridays.

I would imagine he is in fact the Dungeon Master...maybe surviving an old school D&D adventure is required to pass to PGY2.

I would guess the most powerful wizards vie for control of such treasures as a dermpath or hemepath fellowship there.
