thoughts/ideas for a pathology presentation?

I am a third year medical student currently on an elective Pathology rotation. At the end of this rotation, I will be required to give a presentation on any area of pathology and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on unique or interesting topics that would garner a lot of a interest from the residents, attendings, etc

CML. There's many aspects of CML that make it a fantastic topic for a path-related discussion. Be sure to include that it was the first cancer to have a specific, targeted therapy. Pathologists love that for some reason.
