I know this is like an hour or so before the rank lists are due, but I was just curious if training at a program with just one hospital (and no fellows) is a bad thing? I've heard from several people that having a County hosp, VA, and private hospital to rotate through is good to have to get a well rounded experience, but, if a program is solely one hospital that serves a very large region, is the level 1 trauma center and has no fellows to steal resident cases, how bad can that be? Thanks for your thoughts

Stop messing with your list. Go with your gut. Don't make last minute changes. Certify it and log out.
