Thoughts on a step 3 study book

I was planning to use step up to medicine 5th edition (not step up to step 3) as my book study source. Does anyone who has taken the test have an opinion on using this book vs the many others out there. I figured the step wise approach and details would also help in the ccs cases.

My understanding was that MTB 3 and UW was the gold standard. Any other suggestions?

You can go with UWorld, Kaplan has a few good resources, Step up to Medicine, Step 3 Secrets, I have heard of some people using DIT but I haven't.

I have heard MTB may not be in depth enough and that Step up to Medicine has great algorithms

I used mostly Step 3 secrets, Master the boards a little and Uworld. I did have step up to Medicine, but didn't use it that much. I went through step 3 Secrets three times.
