GPA Science/Overall: 3.90/3.90
Undergrad (Not sure if this is relevant): University of Tennessee

I am going to apply, I just want to hear what expectations should be with stats like these...

Your TS is average, which means you do have chance.
Even though lots of schools don't really care about QR section, QR15 is way too low.
Do you have time to retake the DAT?

No I do not have time to retake due to various circumstances; I was hoping my GPA would at least shadow over the QR enough to reach a few interviews...

His AA and TS are both below average. The average of accepted students is a 20 now, not a 19.

Technically it's a 19.9. Having a 19 with a high GPA should be ok if the rest of the app looks good but since acceptance isn't based on stats only, he might not get any interviews for other reasons.
