Thoughts on my school list?

DO applicant: 3.6 cGPA, 3.64 sGPA, 502 MCAT (60 %ile), Missouri resident:

I don't plan on applying to all of the reach schools listed. Need some help figuring out which ones I should apply to given my stats. Also, if i should add or remove any other schools.

Apply as early as possible, get your PS ready now and start working on secondary prompts right after. Most school's secondary prompts can be found in school specific discussions from the 2015-2016 threads, although some schools do change their secondary prompts from time to time. As far as schools, I'd apply to as many as you want if you can afford it. The application process is always a crapshoot and you never know what could happen.

That being said, if you're still looking for schools to eliminate:
CCOM
OU-HCOM
Rowan

Unless you have a compelling reason to apply to any of those

DMU is reasonable. CCOM, RVU, Western, Touro, PCOM-Pa will be harder but worth the shot. Cut Rowan, NYIT, OU (huge instate bias). LECOM seems to have bumped their mcat avgs quite high so that may be considered a reach.

Others: focus on getting your secondaries to ACOM, ATSU SOMAas fast as possible.

PNWU has a regional focus but not a bias like UW/WWAMI so be sure to state why you are committed to the NW region.

You could probably remove CCOM (b/c MCAT), NYIT (state bais+ MCAT), Touro-CA (MCAT), RowanSOM (state/region bias+MCAT). Western and RVU I feel are reasonable for your reach. Be wary of OU-HCOM five year contract thingy and PNWU also has a huge regional bias, so apply as you wish. Another thing, take a peak at ATSU-SOMA and see if it really fits what kind of medicine you want to do. The curriculum was kind of odd to me.
