Thoughts on my score

There is no improvement. AA went up, Bio went down to a bad level.

whats your science GPA like? How many upper level biology classes you've taken? and how well did you do in em?

this is tough. I personally think you are pretty even with the 2 scores, except maybe a bit worse on the more recent one because you got a 16 in BIO, one of the most important sections on the DAT. Some schools have 17 as a cut off on many of the sections ( except QR I believe). that 16 in bio is a red flag, even though you did better on the AA, you went down in TS which is very important. you did alot better on the least important section and worse on the most important sections generally. Your RC did go up, that is basically the biggest positive.

what specific schools did you apply to?

The only bad part is the Bio score of 16. RC is good, PAT is good. I would apply this year and MAYBE try taking DAT again (if you could get a couple more pts in Bio and Ochem you should be good). Although you GPA is slighly below the average GPA for accepted dental school students(I believe its 3.5), I think that if you can do well on your interviews you should get accepted somewhere.
