Thoughts on school culture and testing schedule

To the dental students out there: what are your thoughts on school culture as way to pick schools? I know of one school that requires you to wear clothing over all tattoos including lower arm military tattoos. Another school I've seen makes sure your facial hair is clean. Thoughts?

What about picking on testing schedule? One school I interviewed at tests every monday, quizzes Wednesday and Friday almost every week but only one subject. Another school tests every subject every other Friday. A third school tests like a standard undergrad (midterm hell week of tests, finals another hell week of tests).

I'm not mentioning schools names, but if you really want to know their names PM me.

Our students have facial hair, long hair, and tattoos that show. Once in clinic we will probably have to clean it up a bit, but the 1st 2 years just a dress code. We have Monday morning open for exams, but also have exams on the other days.
