Clinical Volunteering
-120 hours at my university hospital over three years. Mostly volunteered in the palliative care department. My school was saturated with premed so I could only volunteer a bit more than an hour a week each semester. Hoping that adcoms see my consistency instead of the subpar hours.

Research
-550 hours at a neurorehabilitation lab at my school over two years. No pubs.

EC and other stuff
TA for orgo lab for one semester
TA for a BIO course for two semesters
Writer for a student run science/research journal for a year
Shadowed an anesthesiologist for 10 hours(COVID shortened this)

I have no nonclinical volunteering and that is making me reconsider applying this cycle. I did get accepted into a Crisis Hotline volunteer thing a week ago but I'm afraid including that last minute in my app would make it look like I'm just checking off boxes. However I do plan on committing 200+ hours to this service since it is something I genuienly care about.

I don't plan on applying to any T20 or even T30 schools.
My short list as of now includes:
U Buffalo
Downstate
Upstate
Albany
NYMC
Drexel
Georgetown
Sidney Kimmel
Temple
Penn State
Robert Wood Johnson

So do you think its worth another year to rack up some more hours and experience or do you think my app is "sufficient" for the schools I have so far?

You can apply this year but in the coming year add another 40 hours of shadowing (including primary care), 100 hours of clinical volunteering and the Crisis Hotline hours you have planned. You will need those hours if you are not accepted this year and need to reapply. Delete Robert Wood Johnson since they accept very few non residents with your stats. Also delete Georgetown since they expect many more service and volunteering hours than you have. You could add these schools:
Stony Brook
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Seton Hall
George Washington
NOVA MD
TCU-UNT
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
