Hey all, got my first A from VCOM-Virginia and genuinely not sure how I feel about the school. I know it’s still early in the cycle, just trying to gauge others thoughts and experiences with the school. The community seems great, just worried about the curriculum and other learning opportunities. Particularly interested in specialities like intensive care, EM, interventional cards, surgery, etc. Not very interested in family med. Any insight, feedback, or tips is really appreciated!

You can definitely match IM from there and do a cards fellowship after, or general surgery . When do you have to decide/place the deposit?

With the new AACOMAS guidelines I have until Dec. 14th which is why I’m trying to gather as much info as possible
