Anyone have any strong opinions on the super grey/neutral subject matter of probiotics? Still get plenty of people who will have like one course of ABx wanting to shill out like $40 for probiotics…hell even people on antivirals wanting to waste money. I feel like I should get a paycheck as a financial advisor at times

Probiotics can definitely feel like a mixed bag. I used to spend a fortune on them after antibiotics, thinking they’d fix everything. A friend of mine took a more straightforward approach—she focused on a balanced diet and natural sources of probiotics, like yogurt and kefir.
Yes, I think yogurt/kefir is an amazing food worth investing one’s diet in. My other favorites being blueberries, kale.
