Thoughts on Yale, Stanford, UNM, Hawaii residency programs?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Just wondering if any of the >120 people that read the post so far is familiar with any of the programs😕
thanks

I'm not that familiar with these program to give any details. I know threads have discussed most, if not all, the programs you listed. Did you try do a search?

Ditto this. There's a thread I started called Applicants: How to research programs of interest that has detailed instructions on how to do a search on each of the programs (its' probably on the first or second page of threads right now). You'll find lots of detail on each of the four programs if you go to the effort. I'm sure of this because I was interested in some of them and did just that.

It's worth the effort. I found two of the programs to be strong, one was a little on the weak side, and one was a much stronger program than I'd expected.

Thanks to Notdeadyet and Chimed for responding to my post, I will follow the advise given and do a search.

Anyone familiar with the above programs pls I need any input, thanks

Well, my thought is that they don't have much in common and that if I heard that was someone's list, I'd suggest they think about what they were thinking.

That sounds unduly negative, but unless you have particular connections to New Mexico and Hawaii, I don't see how they get lumped in with Stanford and Yale. Even further, my view on Stanford is that it's focused very much on biologically-oriented researchers in a way that is unusual for a program that is presumably among the top dozen or so programs.

The one thing that does bring them together is that all 4 are places I'd be happy to live, and maybe that's what you're thinking...
