There was a thread a while ago about Master P's dentist who bonded diamonds to teeth. I NEED TO FIND THAT WEBSITE. I did a search and I can't find it. Can anyone help me find it... or do they know the guy who did them? I think he was in Texas. Thanks sooo much!

EDIT: I just found it. Thanks all.

The guy is Dr. Cunning out in California, and his website is hiphopdentistry.com (I only know this because he is my hero, and I want to specialize in hip hop dentistry). Enjoy!

I'm also a big fan, although funny thing is. I've already done three crown and bridge cases where I replaced people's gold anterior teeth that (surprise) they didn't like anymore.

So let me pose a question: Is this OK to bring up in an african american cultural presentation? We need to incorporate dental care. But I don't know if the african americans would just think we were totally crazy or not... so any AA out there please let me know of your thoughts.

nothing new. i have firend, his father is a Dentist. so he used to have a small diamond which was bond directly to his tooth with a composite polymer. just etch the tooth surface - in this case the labial wall of frontal maxil.tooth with phosphoric acid. then he bond the diamond with light polymr.composite and that`s it. no need of cavity preparation, or tooth reduction.....

I want to focus on the cosmetic-side of dentistry. Thus, when I open my office, I plan on including jewlery for people's mouths. If that's what they want, I'm game. Here's another option:

I saw one of the juniors in the lab the other day finishing up a maxillary denture with 6 gold anteriors; the canines each had composite $ signs inlaid on the facial surface. Hilarious. 😀
