Three Bulbs in Series

If I remove one and reconnect the circuit (now I have 2 bulbs in series), the current increases but the voltage remains constant, correct?

Total resistance goes down, so from V = IR total current should go up to offset the decreased resistance ... since the battery is constant providing the voltage. so yes?
