How do you go about request transferring out with your current DL that wouldnt make him or her mad? Have anyone had a hard time transferring out before?

When I worked for them, I found it to be impossible. It was easier to just find a new job. If you're smart, you wont stay with CVS anyway.

If you are relocating out of area they cannot deny it if there is an open job for you to transfer into. If it is a local move, like moving from current district to a sister district in your region in the same area, you will have to all DLs on the same page. Your current DL reserves the right to delay until they can backfill up to 90 days. Just be upfront and honest about your reasons why.

I wish i could say goodbye to them... but until i find a new job, gotta stick with them for the sake of family and bills.
