Absent or present?
If absent, why? since Bruton's is a b cell disorder ?

Thymus is grossly underdeveloped in those with SCID (impaired B cell and T cell maturation) and DiGeorge (impaired T cell development). Thymus is present in Bruton's because thymus is the place for maturation of T-cells not B cells.
Bruton's has a problem with B-cells not T-cells so their thymus is fine, but their lymph nodes and tonsils are underdeveloped.
