actually sounds like he/she is talking about lymphoid follicles which could be in lymph nodes or thymus, clarify please!

Reason I am asking is becausr hashimoto's thyroiditis exhibits secondary follicles, which are characterised as secondary. I was wondering how that would be different from primary lymphoid follicles morphologically speaking🙄
