approaching to a thyroid nodule bigger than 1 cm, do you think is better a FNAB or a thyreoscintigraphy to do first knowing that in case of positive match both of them will be requested?

is the pt euthyroid?
If the pt is hyper then scan-to demonstrate increased uptake.
If eu then FNAC. Although would get a thyroid US first to see if its is cystic.
