Is there somewhere to find a comprehensive listing of the various ENT programs around the country seperated by tiers (extremely competitive, highly competitive, and just plan old competitive)?

Thanks

I doubt you will find exactly what you're looking for, but it would be nice if some people out there could offer opinions on the relative competitiveness of some of the programs.

Here's the complete ERAS list. I assume it lists all of the ENT programs available.
https://services.aamc.org/eras/erasstats/par/display.cfm?NAV_ROW=PAR&SPEC_CD=280

For a very gross estimate, check out the USN&WR rankings. That said, those rankings don't really tell you much about the resident experience, but do give some insite as to the reputation of the program from an academic standpoint.

In general, they are all good.

You need to ask yourself what you are looking for in a program? Case #'s, research opportunity, close to home, lifestyle (esp if you have a spouse), etc. Obviously, certain places are tough to match at (Iowa, JH, Michigan, UW, etc) - but you can get great training nearly anywhere - and remember that <20% of people go into academics.

Fellowships are available no matter where you go, and it is more of who your chairman, etc know than anything else. That said, H&N and peds are much easier to get than say Neurotology or FP. Talk to you residents about what they think. They'll also have insights into programs they interviewed at, too.
