Do dental students find or have enough time for them to join a Social fraternity on campus?

There's two main fraternities in dentistry.
Alpha Omega: based on princples of "judaism and brotherhood", not quite sure exactly what that means, they're not overtly religious (in the way that the christian students association of LDS students association are) but pretty much everyone in the frat is jewish, they say their goal is mainly for networking with other dentists (not many social events at our school)
Psi Omega: social fraternity, lots of social events (and TONS of social events at Upenn)

AO isn't just for Jewish students - the majority of members here at Penn are not Jewish (myself included) and Penn does have many Jewish students, so it's not from a lack of numbers. And yes, around Penn Psi O is well known for their parties. To the OP: the short answer is yes, you'll have time to get some fraternizing in.
