I am a non-trad working full time (50-60 hours) with 3 kids, taking classes. I have a bit of shadowing and some volunteering, but how do other people in similar situtations make time for extra curriculars? I want to shadow and volunteer more, but doctors are hard to find when you only have weekends to shadow, and my work and family commitments give me little time for other things. Any input?
