I am frustrated for the fact that I take around 4-5 hours or sometimes even more to review one block from usmleRx. I took subscription for a month. 15 days gone and I have used only 20% of the bank.

I do random timed and review every question (right, wrong) and read relevant pages from FA.

What can I do to increase my speed?

Are you reading the full section in first aid for all the answer choices?

I don't feel it should take you more than 3 hours to do a complete block. I would try to skim through the questions you understand and concentrate on the ones you got wrong (still read all the questions).

Yes. I am reading full section of FA for every answer. I skip FA if I have encountered that section before. I take exam in august.

Is it a nice plan to drop doing Rx and instead just read FA cover to cover, start doing UsmleWorld, Self-assessments and NBMEs?

I have rotations in July. So I am a bit anxious about how much time I will get.

Please guide me. I am starting to think that Rx is not worth the time I am spending which could be better spent on World and other assessment exams.

Your first priority should be doing Uworld and memorizing FA. RX is good to reiterate what is in FA, but it is not a great bank. You have time until your exam - so start memorizing FA and doing questions EVERY SINGLE DAY. Do a self-assessment once in while to see where you are.

For Uworld: Make sure you read the answers you got wrong or don't understand (at the least).
