time keeping

Are analog watches allowed in the exam room? I am worried about keeping tag on the break time as I heard some centers don't have a wall clock.

You're not allowed to have a watch. However, while you're doing the test, you have a viewable time running the whole time. You also get a warning with 2min left in the section.
