no...it was worse. i waited 4 weeks, trying to see if my scores were reported. called ecfmg they said wait a couple more weeks. called again at week 6, cause they were still not reported on oasis. so, i called again. they looked up my file and said "oh, we sent a letter to your school on the day you took the exam to re-verify, and they have not replied. we cannot report or release your scores until then. this is standard if your test date is more than 120 days after the paperwork was signed by your school, blah blah blah."
so, then i had them tell me what address they sent it to. wrong address, some central university office that would have no idea what to do with the papers from ecfmg....so, i had to have another paper sent to my dean, so he could correct the address, wait for IMED to get the correct address on the database, then call back and have ecfmg send the papers to the correct address. at least they fed-exed it the second time, though.
this was a NIGHTMARE! they say they do it standard because 120 days is enough for our status to change at school, or whatever. i was pissed cause i paid for the exam, took it and stressed and they wouldn't give me the scores. now, what on earth harm is there in giving me scores!!!
so, my advice is avoid that 120 day thing. it is supposedly done by computer, and i doubt that even the employees there all know about it. with the CSA it may be a bit more difficult to schedule, but i think you can do it within 120 days reasonably easy...
best of luck!
