Hey sorry for a stupid question. I was wondering on the OAT is it 50 questions and 45 mins? The program i use "Topscore" it has 40 q's and 45 mins i believe. Im not sure what the real time frame is....any help is appreciated thanks. I have always used 45 mins for 50 q's but i just got this i think its wrong....

Yeah it's 40 questions in 45 min. It was the only section that i ran out of time on, had to guess on the last 10 questions and it killed my score on that section of the OAT. Be very aware of the time left, because it's easy to get very involved in a tougher problem here and there and spend too much time on them, that's what happened to me.

Round as much as possible. You don't have time to do any of the full math and most of the answers are latent if you round.

Thanks guys. Well its kind of good that i have been practicing 50 q's per 45 min. Seriously its a killer though...i get really frustrated..I wonder why kaplan and OAT achiever say its 50q and 45min.....? better practice?

Almost every question has a trick where you can cancel/reduce large numbers. These are key to working fast, in addition to estimating.
