Timing on 2nd day of step 3

So on day 1 it's 48 questions per 60 min block... on day 2 it's 36 questions per 30 min block.

Are the question stems shorter? Or is day 2 meant to be harder?

Don't forget they also throw in the clinical cases throughout the day.

I found the questions to be similar.

First Aid for Step 3 was wrong in this regard: it was 45 minutes per block today, not 30 minutes, for 36 questions per block. So, no big time crunch.

Blade, what do you mean by "clinical cases"? Are you referring to the CCS simulations? Mine were all at the end of the day, not scattered throughout, and I've never heard of anyone having them intermittently.

Yeah, the CCS simulations. IIRC, I had a bunch in the middle of day 2, then a few more towards the end.
