My exam is in a few days but its in the afternoon (4:30). The problem is, this is around the time I start to get tired, and I'm afraid I won't be able to perform at my best if I'm sleepy. Any tips to try and stay awake that doesn't involve caffeine? I tend to use the restroom a lot when I drink coffee..

I am also curious about this. My exam is at 245 but I always seem tired around that time

When you're taking a test that determines nearly as much as 4 years of undergraduate courses, you will not feel tired during it. That's what I've heard anyway

Wow 4:30? Mine was around noon, but I got there 45 minutes early and they let me start. I'd say sleep in a little bit (if you can), eat good meals through the day, look over some last minute stuff, but still try to relax. Go early and maybe they'll let you start early too.
To wake up, splash cold water on your face before the test and during your break. Go to your test center soon and get a feel for the temperature. If it's cold, it'll help you stay awake so wear short sleeves. Eat, but don't eat too much or you'll be tired. Do some stretches and/or jumping jacks.

You got this! Good luck!

I would recommend to try and not exert yourself early in the day and just rest and relax till your test. On your way to your test, listen to your favorite music or workout music to get you pumped. Also, caffeine pills work great. Gives you a nice energy boost without drinking all the liquid so you can look into that. If you resort to caffeine pills, make sure you try them out first so you now how it feels. They are not as crazy as they sound. They usually provide 1 cup of coffee worth of caffeine.
Also make sure to eat a well balanced dinner the night before!

Good luck. My test is a week from today.
