Tips for organizing application materials

Anybody have any useful methods for organizing all the things needed to complete the application? I've heard there are websites for this, but are they helpful? If so which ones are the best to use? Thanks!

i just used a binder and created different tabs for each part of my amcas applications. seemed to work well - i could flip through my transcripts as needed, reread my PS on paper to catch mistakes, etc. whatever works best for you. i needed something i could literally hold onto in order to stay organized but if online works for you - go for it.

Made a separate email folder "MD." You will get a ton of emails, and then know exactly where to look back for the status update pages, passwords, secondary links, etc.

I had a folder for each school I applied to... allowed me to keep all emails sorted and all flight and hotel info in the appropriate folder.

I also had a table with all schools and essays and deadlines.
