Distilled down, the best advice would be to write honestly about how you feel. Answer the question of "why medicine?" Write well, but don't get too sugary. Don't rehash your resume. Show, don't tell.
Secondaries (prompts are usually on the first post): 2016-2017 Allopathic School-Specific Discussions
Again, answer honestly. These prompts are usually looking for something specific. A specific experience you've had and how you have learned from it. Make sure you answer the question they ask (don't just beat around it). Never copy/paste from one school's prompt to another, even if the questions are similar.
