Doing anesthesia for TIPS procedure tomorrow. Any words of wisdom out there? (I'm in PP but have somehow avoided doing any of these before)

depends on skill of the radiologist doing the procedure. At one place I was it we were prepared for high chance of catastrophic bleeding. At current place, it's a boring case. Still do a-line and 2 ivs, but that's about it.
