No, that portion of TMDSAS is for IS students to provide more proof of Texas residency. For example, a Texas student went to college OOS, but graduated from HS in Texas, or someone who lived in Texas various times in their life (1-3yo, 8-11yo, etc). Ties to Texas are put in secondaries for the schools or personal statement. You can tailor TMDSAS's ps from your AMCAS one.
