A few people in my group brought a guest (parents and significant others) to the interview and they hung out with us the entire day other than while we did our interviews.
If I were you I'd bring her with you. This not only affects the next four years of your life but hers as well (esp if you plan on getting married to her).
I absolutely LOVED Houston. The whole interview day was super professional and chill.
What are your stats if you don't mind me asking? (you can private msg me if you'd like lol.)

Luckily my friend lives across the Medical Center so it was only a 1 min drive in the morning.

Why is Houston and San Antonio is quiet this year? Did anyone get an invite from them or I just do not know anyone that received some. Maybe Houston is inviting more this year based on this website. haha

Not sure if you had your question answered, but go ahead and just mail it to the Office of Recruitment and Admissions. I think the school can distribute it to the respective interviewers from there
I think it's already too late 🙁 I interviewed October 3rd! But thanks! I'll do that for future interviews.
I've seen interviewees there every Tuesday since the start of the semester. Don't worry about it, this time last year I didn't have an interview either.
It has been 4 month since my application was complete and mailed out to schools! :\ Nothing at all!
For those who have interviewed at the San Antonio Dental School - were there multiple interviews or just one single interview?

Yes, I also have similar question, since TMDSAS is already closed for this cycle, how can I update my transcript for this Fall semester? Do I just send it in again to TMDSAS as soon as I've seen my final grade ?
Yeah, I believe you send it to TMDSAS and then they will send it out to the schools once again. At least, that's what I did with my summer transcript. Even then I think it takes a while for the schools to get it/process it, etc. Still good for them to have it, though!

As quoted from the TMDSAS website, "Keep in mind that if you have interviewed with any school, you must send UPDATED transcripts to TMDSAS at the end of each semester/quarter in which you've completed coursework between the time you submit your application and the time you matriculate in professional school." So as the current semester falls between application submission date and the (hopeful) matriculation into professional school, I would assume you do if you have interviewed. You could always email schools to ask, but I would do it just to cover my bases. Especially since post-December interviews are still live and schools would probably want to see an updated transcript.

I don't really expect one from December 1st. Which school were you accepted to?
I was luckily accepted to San Antonio on December 1st, but a lot of my classmates did not receive an acceptance until late March/April. But there are the few geniuses in my class who received 2+ acceptances on December 1st. It just depends on your stats I guess.

Hm I am not sure if that applies to Baylor though, since I heard most acceptances for Baylor go out on Dec 1st..

I think that is because for most people who interview at Baylor, it is their number one choice. I never interviewed at Baylor, so i can't say why people love the program so much.
I think the reason why I noticed this trend is b/c a lot of the people that were accepted to SA on december 1st chose another school, so SA had to send out more acceptances later in the cycle.
I know Houston sends out the least # of offers (out of the 3 schools) on december 1st, because they interview way into january. i think its around 60.
