does anyone know if we can send our transcripts and LORs in to the TMDSAS and AADSAS centers without completing the applications first?

i have an ID for the TMDSAS and will get one may 15th for the aadsas when it starts, but it'll take me a few days to get my applications completed. so i was wondering if they will just throw my stuff away since my app. is not complete.
