TMDSAS and transcripts/letters questions?

So I have been trying to find the answers to my questions elsewhere online and through my nonresponsive advisor but with no luck. Maybe some of you might know the answers?

Do I have to have the actual app submitted before I send in my transcripts? Can I just fill out the transcript request form and send my transcripts in now before the app even opens on May 1st?

Also, should I wait until I get all my rec letters in until I submit, or should I just submit May 1st and get the committee letter mailed in later in May to give my letter writers more time? I am asking because some of my profs are asking for the deadline and I don't really know what the deadline is. But I want to at least give them a fake deadline so I can submit as early as possible.

You may submit your application before your transcripts or letters of evaluations have been received. Applications will be processed and transmitted to schools without these supporting documents. Schools will be updated with these materials as they are received.

Give your LOE people like a week or 2 tops after tomorrow. I think somewhere on the site it said something about having to resend the transcripts if you did prior to May 1st.
