Im a still considered early if i am submitting my primary app right now? If I'm not early am I late? I am submitting in the next week latest.

I just asked one of the Texas schools today and the admissions rep said I would in no means be too late by applying next week and that she strongly encourages me to! Hope that helps! Good luck!
