TMDSAS GPA Calculation

Hi I've searched everywhere and can't find an answer to my question.

So after submitting my application to TMDSAS it calculated a GPA. However, this GPA is lower than I have it calculated at(didn't use +/-). Will the GPA most likely change once they receive my transcript and process my application?

Probably not. When AADSAS calculated my GPA, it was lower than what I expected too. A good chunk of my major courses didn't count towards my sGPA or BCP GPA.

Even my overall was marked lower. Idk if they're neglecting the dual credit courses I took in high school or maybe the courses I took this summer... I inputed it all so I'm not sure. Also should a biochemistry research course I took be Biochemistry or Other Science. I listed it as other science which I'm beginning to think was a mistake.

I also listed food toxicology, animal nutrition, and human nutrition as other sciences. Was this correct?
