Interviews/acceptances are not on a first come first served basis. You can pretty much assume that it is on stats and other considerations basis rather than on the postmark date/time.

Are you IS? They are super competitive if you're OOS, so it might take some time to get an interview. Try checking the past cycle's thread to get an idea of when they started sending out interviews. Good luck!
