I understand that the application starts on May 1st 2009 for the TMDSAS application. When can we actually get the PIN ID for the letter of evaluation? I would like to apply as soon as possible. Just to make sure, Baylor needs 3 LOEs while San Antonio and Houston needs 2 LOEs, right?
