Do I need to wear suit and take pic of my self? I have a pic of mine wearing navy t-shirts w/o logo and mostly showing my face. I look very clear-cut but still wearing round t-shirts.
 
it would probably be best to throw on business attire. for a standing record of your image you want to give these programs the most professional impression you can.
