Also it simply means what diversity so you bring to the class. Sports, leadership, ECs, ethnicity, anything that defines you and makes you unique. Basically what do you bring to the table that will enrich the lives of those around you.

When in doubt, take the literal meaning. (At least that's my interpretation after way too many MCAT passages.)

The question is asking what you can offer to indirectly teach others. Since it does not specify what the setting is or the nature of the lesson, my guess is that it is left open-ended for the applicant to demonstrate what makes them a role model in a learning environment. I'd describe the experiences you have that back up your credibility as a role model in any teaching environment. Hopefully that helps. I think of it as an extension of your Leadership "Employment & Activities" section, except more specific to education.
